As the director and builder at Modify the Manor, Eli’s role is managing building projects from start to finish. Eli supervises his hand picked team of contractors and advises on design and material selection. With two decades experience, he foresees complications and works with you to rectify them quickly and cost effectively. Eli listens to what you want and understands how you aim to use your space to ensure the build is perfect – communication and satisfying your expectations is paramount. Because he is the project manager, Eli is on site regularly to liaise with contractors and update you on progress. He’ll happily answer queries and will cost modifications and variations. Through establishing mutual understanding you and Eli can work together to create your dream.

Natalie is your first point of contact at Modify the Manor, helping you understand exactly what Modify the Manor can create for you. For her it’s not only about the build. Most importantly it’s about your home or business’s functionality and ease of living as you move forward from the day the project finishes.
She works closely with Eli providing you with a stress free experience and a finished product you will love. Alongside this, Natalie handles all of the contract administration and will liaise with you throughout the build. With more than 30 years experience in building and property development, Natalie has a wealth of knowledge that can assist you in design, obtaining planning approval, working with your finance provider and, above all, the most bang for your buck!
Natalie is also happy to guide you through the the complex insurance claim process for mould remediation which many people are unaware is an insurable event.
